You Won’t Be Alone is set in an isolated mountain village in Macedonia at the beginning of the 19th century. A young girl is taken from her mother and turned into a witch by an ancient ghost. At the beginning of the film, the young witch accidentally kills a villager one day, whose body she then takes over. Her curiosity makes this a ghastly habit and she lives among the villagers, monitoring and copying their behavior before taking another victim.
